North Hampton Library Sky Watch-April 8, 2009

Following is a report from Ted Blank on the North Hampton Library presentation and skywatch held April 8, 2009. Ted set up a pretty comprehensive presentation followed by a quick look at some actual objects in the sky. ISS Pass March 31, 2009

Couldn't help going out to catch the ISS Pass around 7:38 p.m. this evening (March 31, 2009). Went to my usual spot on the end of the runway at Pease AFB where you can pretty much see the whole sky without obstruction. While there were some clouds the the North West, I did pick it out pretty quickly in the bright twilight as it was almost incendiary at -2.4 mag (pretty bright).
